Measure 10 ¾” across the top. Shows some utensil marks from use. Has some gold trim wear loss. Pattern bright and shiny looking. One of the plates has two tiny pin head marks of blue color near the rim area. Looks like a manufacturing flaw. No chips or cracks. Overall in excellent used condition.
